Dr.Suri is the first generation entrepreneur and has completed Graduation in Chemistry, and followed by Diploma In Astrology, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, M.B.A. from M.K. University and Ph.D (Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Marketing.)
Dr.Suri is a visiting professor to various Management institutions in India, he is a good Motivational speaker and also he is a film actor in South Indian movies.
R.Vijayalakshmi has completed Master of computer Application and Master of Business Administration from Pondicherry University. She has rich experience in financial management.

Sampling is done by the quality control department in accordance with the SOPs for drawing samples for various materials. All products undergo computerized stringent quality control. Samples are tested by the quality control department to confirm compliance to the prescribed specifications. Production is carried out under supervision of approved technical staff, as per the prescribed processes and procedures. The creams, ointments, lotions, tablets, capsules and solutions are tested for compliance with the prescribed specifications, before these are filled in the primary container. The finished products are tested for identification of the active ingredients. All equipments in the manufacturing area are regularly cleaned, maintained and validated. Self-inspections are carried out at random by the internal audit team. All products under goes HPLC (High Pressure Liquid Chromatography Test) this is one of the rare and rarest testing facilities for ointments. An experienced GMP consultant has been appointed to impart training in GMP and to conduct quality audits. Records are maintained of the training and the reports on the quality audit by the GMP consultant.
